Sanel has been certified by luxury car manufacturing companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and BMW, which provided him with unique insights into the highest standards of excellence. He had the privilege of working with industry giants and honing his expertise in optimizing automotive operations.
Sanel was honored to be appointed as the youngest-ever Aftersales Director at the age of 23. For two decades, he led and consulted the Mercedes-Benz Aftersales departments in Europe and USA, setting the bar for the highest standards of excellence. As the Founder and CEO of Cyber Automotive Solutions, he translates his extensive knowledge and insights into solutions that empower the automotive industry.
