Can I access a car's history through the plate number?
Yes, it’s a simple process! Just type the plate number in the “Estimate” or “Repair Order” option, and you’ll instantly retrieve the comprehensive history of the vehicle.
Can customers (vehicle-owners) access all information about their vehicle and repair progress?
The Customer module provides vehicle owners with a dashboard containing vehicle information, history, and photos. The access to information and frequency of status updates your customers receive can be customized and depends on their preference.
Can I send mass communications (such as offers and promotions) to customers?
Absolutely! This feature is part of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module.
