He studied Automotive Engineering Technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations from Georgia Institute of Technology. Sanel holds certifications from luxury car manufacturing companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and BMW, which provided him with unique insights into the highest standards of operational excellence. As the Founder and CEO of Cyber Automotive Solutions, he translates his extensive experience and insights into digital solutions that empower the automotive industry.
Richard crawley
Richard Crawley is Chief Operating Officer at Cyber Automotive Solutions, bringing over 30 years of leadership in aftersales operations, multi-location management, and strategic project execution across the automotive repair and service industry. He held senior roles including Managing Director at Petromin Corporation, where he oversaw 16 aftersales locations across Saudi Arabia and established independent multi-manufacturer repair centers. His deep operational knowledge and strategic leadership continue to drive CAS’s rapid growth and operational impact across the GCC.

Emira Mahmutovic brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience across the automotive, construction, and education sectors. At Cyber Automotive Solutions, Emira leads sales and marketing initiatives across the region, supporting the digital transformation of the automotive sector through the IGMMA platform. Under her leadership, the user base grew to over 2,000 daily users across 12 countries.

Chris Olivo is the Chief Technology Officer at Cyber Automotive Solutions, where he drives the company’s technical vision, leads the engineering team, and directly manages the infrastructure and DevOps initiatives. From day one, Chris has been the cornerstone of the company’s technical foundation—acting as both the strategic leader and hands-on DevOps engineer responsible for architecting scalable and secure systems on AWS.
With over 13 years of experience in the software industry, Chris has worn many hats—ranging from full-stack engineer and mobile developer to cloud architect and team leader. His deep technical expertise spans application development, CI/CD automation,infrastructure as code, monitoring, and security hardening.
Peter Figueroa
Product Manager
Peter Figueroa is the Product Manager at Cyber Automotive Solutions, bringing over 7years of experience in product management, project execution, and leading cross-functional teams. He earned a Bachelor of Business from the University of Chile, graduating in the top 5% of his class, and completed a Strategic Sales and Key Accounts Certificate at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
At Cyber Automotive Solutions, he leads the product development of advanced modules within the IGMMA platform while also supporting internal teams to ensure smooth technical service delivery and alignment across departments.
