Sanel holds certifications from luxury car manufacturing companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and BMW, which provided him with unique insights into the highest standards of operational excellence. At Cyber Automotive Solutions, he translates his extensive experience and insights into digital solutions that empower the automotive industry.
Richard crawley
Richard Crawley is Chief Operating Officer at Cyber Automotive Solutions, bringing over 30 years of leadership in automotive aftersales operations, multi-location management, and strategic project execution across the repair and service industry. He has held senior roles including at Ford Retail Group in the UK and Petromin Corporation in KSA, where he oversaw aftersales locations nationwide and established independent multi-manufacturer repair centers. His deep industry expertise and strategic leadership continue to drive the company’s rapid growth and operational efficiency.
