Automatic customer updates and Insurance module brought all stakeholders to one collaborative platform. The system tracking technicians Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and productivity, enabling in-depth reporting and insights into workforce efficiency.

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSI) rose from 77% to 96% within three months.
